Faction leaders will need to do the following things:
1) Create a handbook.
2) Hire a crew.
3) Establish rules of the faction.
4) Be a strong leader.
5) (Optional) Create a new application format.
Failure to meet these requirements will be a cause of purge to your faction and all the members.
