Abuse of Broadcast Commands [/gov & /news]
These two simple commands are suppose to be used for in-character messages. The government announcement command are suppose to be used for important in-character messages by the government, if you are using this for OOC purposes you will be punished. The news broadcast command is suppose to be in-character as well, abuse if will result in you being punished. Punishment(s) for following are:
- 120 minutes prison
- 10% of total cash fined

Abuse of Faction Commands
All the commands that are existing within your faction are suppose to be used in a fairly, legal and roleplay way. If you are caught abusing any of your commands you will be punished, an example of faction commands are (/su, /tazer, /d, /r etc). Notice: The Department radio is suppose to be used for complete in-character communication only, you are not allowed to talk OOC here. Punishment(s) for following are:

Stacking Charges
If you are going to arrest someone, you have to go by your handbook when you get to the "Place charges" part. You are not allowed to place two or more charges that has the same meaning, in-example: 1. Attempted to murder a civilian, 2. Attempted to murder a LEO, them both are the same expect for the person he/she tried to murder. The only charge you are allowed to place more than once if FCC Violation, that's just if the person continue making illegal advertisements (1 Advertisement = 1 Charge). Punishment(s) for following are:

Rush Tazing
You are not allowed to use your tazer on someone that is shooting at you/at someone else or have a gun withdrawn, this is not roleplay (In the management's eyes) and if you break this rule you will be punished. Punishment(s) for following are:

Abuse of Leadership Commands
You are not allowed to abuse your leadership commands as a leader of a faction, you commands that you get are suppose to be used for roleplay and IC reasons only, if you are caught abusing it (Uninvite/invite for fun, promote/demote for fun or something else) you will be punished. Punishment(s) for following are:
- 120 minutes prison
- Leadership taken away
- Optional: Warning
- Optional: Kicking from faction
Canceling contract before death to avoid losing money
As a hitman of the agency you are not allowed to cancel a contract right before the target (Hit) kills you. This is unfair and you will be punished. Punishment(s) for following are:
- 120 minutes prison
- Fine the amount the contract is
- Optional: Warning
Abuse of C4 Explosive/Knife
As a hitman of the agency you are not allowed to abuse your C4 or your knife at any time. You are only allowed to use any of these two when you are dealing with a hit, if you go around and explode/knife random friends/players will be punished. Punishment(s) for following are:

Usage of any programs such as "Mob Sobiet" will get you banned from the entirely community. Punishment(s) for following are:

Server Advertising
Do not reveal any ip-adresses or website-adresses that directs to another community server. Punishment(s) for following are:

Money Farming
You are not allowed to make multiple accounts and transfer the starting money to your main account, this can easily be detected as we have got paylogs that gives us the ip-adresses of everyone who used /pay. Punishment(s) for following are:

Exploiting
You are not allowed to use a bug that you have found, if you find a bug you are suppose to report it and not abuse it. If you are caught abusing a bug (Exploiting) you will be punished. Punishment(s) for following are:

Exploiting spectating administrators
You are not allowed to exploit any commands to find out if you are being spectated by an administrator. If we find it out in the logs you will be punished. Punishment(s) for following are:

Abusing businesses features
This is basically like exploiting but since people are having troubles reading I had to make a seperate rule for this. You are not allowed to use the ammunations during point wars to gain full armor, you are allowed to buy weapons from it but not armor during point wars. Punishment(s) for following are:

Deathmatching/Killing on Sight
Both of these rules are put together in one because in our point of the view KOS (Killing on sight) is basically the same thing as deathmatching and slightly metagaming. You are not allowed to walk around and randomly kill people for no reason at all, you need a valid roleplay reason. Punishment(s) for following are:

Revenge Killing
You are not allowed to go and attempt to attack/kill the person that have killed you before, when you "die" you lose 30 minutes of your memory. Punishment(s) for following are:

Ninja Jacking
There is a bug that exists on GTA-SA, it's that when you sometimes take a players vehicle you can accidently kill him, actually you can't "accidently" ninja jack a person because you need to hold down a button/some buttons to be able to do it. Punishment(s) for following are:

Releasing admin prisoners
You are not allowed to release anybody within the jail area if there is someone that is admin prisoned inside. Punishment(s) for following are:

Heliblading/Bombining[Includes plane/car bombing]
Don't go with a helicopter and kill players by using your blades, it's not allowed. You are not allowed to blow up your aircraft/vehicle on purpose to kill someone. Punishment(s) for following are:

Metagaming/Powergaming
You are not allowed to metagame. Metagaming have gone from light to medium (Offense) due to the fact we moved to medium roleplay. We will not prison new players for metagaming. Same policies for powergaming. Punishment(s) for following are:

Asking for invites IC/OOC during a bank robbery
This is basically metagaming but since people are having a hard time understanding we made this a seperate rule. If you are caught asking for a IC invitation or a OOC invitation to a bank robbery you will be punished. You might think "Why should it be against the rules to ask for a invitation in-character??" well that's because you don't ask for INVITES in real life to a bank robbery. Punishment(s) for following are:

Logging/Alt-tabbing to avoid [Death/Arrest/Roleplay]
You are not allowed to exit/quit your game in order to avoid death, arrest or a roleplay situation. You are not allowed to alt-tab to avoid either, it's basically the same thing but the difference is that you don't logout. Punishment(s) for following are:

Forcing a game crash
There is several of ways to make your game crash by force, do not do this. Punishment(s) for following are:

Non RP Behaviour
This is a roleplay server, you are suppose to roleplay to your highest standards. This means that you can not mess around in public places, i.e: Duel at Ganton Gym and so on. Punishment(s) for following are:

Asspulling(Non RPly taking out weapon)
In order to pull out a weapon, it is standard to use a /me to do so. IE. /me pulls out a deagle from his/her waistband.

Gun Exploiting [CS/QS]
Crackshooting/C-Bugging is not allowed in our server anywhere, the only time it might be allowed is in events (Happens rarely) but that's all up to the event maker. Quickswapping is not allowed either unless it's in a point or in a event (If the event maker said it's allowed). Punishment(s) for following are:

Car-ramming/parking
You are not allowed to use your vehicle to ram someone with (Unless it's highly roleplayed) or to park over someone (This doesn't work out even if you attempt to roleplay it). Punishment(s) for following are:

Scamming above the limits/Non-RP Scamming [Current Limit: 50'000$]
You are not allowed to scam a player for more than 50'000 e-dollars. If you are going to scam under 50'000 e-dollars you have to completely roleplay it, taking the money and running off if not roleplay. Punishment(s) for following are:

- Fine x2 of the total scam money

Releasing Hitman Information
You are not allowed to release any type of hitman information, such as names. If you know someone that is a hitman, keep it for YOURSELF. Punishment(s) for following are:

OOC Contracting
You are not allowed to place a contract on someone that you don't know in-character or for a non roleplay reason. It's not roleplay to put a contract on someone for hitting your car (It was a example). Punishment(s) for following are:

Robbing New People
You are not allowed to Rob a player less then level 3. Punishment for the following is as follows:
- Prison 180 minutes (3 hours)

Abuse of Advertisements
You are not allowed to abuse the advertisement command to make a non-roleplay advertisement or just fuck around with. Punishment(s) for following are:

Abuse of Newbie Chat
You are not allowed to abuse the newbie chat, the chat is suppose to be used for questions and answers related to the script/game. Punishment(s) for following are:
- Fine 20% of total cash
- N-Mute
- For N-Unmute: Fine 20% of total cash
Abuse of Report
You are not allowed to use the report command as a communication tool, rage tool or a "I'm a funny idiot" tool. The only time you are allowed to use the report command is when you are going to report a rule breaker. Punishment(s) for following are:

Spamming
Sending multiple messages during a small amount of seconds (i.e. saying /s DON BOX GAY 4 times in a row) is not allowed, it's spamming (Flooding the server). Punishment(s) for following are:

Escaping admin prison
If you are admin prisoned you are suppose to stay inside, don't leave the prison area. Punishment(s) for following are:[I]
